Heya, I'm Andy! I'm pivoting into IT support, building on 6+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting production systems and resolving technical incidents for hundreds of thousands of end users. I served as the front-line point of contact for technical issues, led root-cause investigations, and wrote the documentation and SOPs that helped non-technical teams understand what was going on. I'm now studying for my CompTIA A+ certification to formalize that troubleshooting experience into hardware, networking, and OS fundamentals.

I currently run Code by Andy, my freelance practice, where I provide technical support and systems troubleshooting for startup clients, including database configuration. I hold a BS in Information Communication Technology from Florida State University.

Outside of work, you'll find me playing Dungeons & Dragons or logging hours in World of Warcraft.
